For End-Users: Please do not contact Lucidity for support with password reset and eLearning Induction or Assessment assessment completion. Lucidity has no control over this. Please contact your local administrator.

For Administrators: Please ensure relevant contact details are included in the induction process so that end-users have access to support. Lucidity is not able to reset passwords or assist with eLearning content or assessment questions.

NOTIFICATIONS


Email notifications will be sent automatically as part of the eLearning process. These notifications will be sent as follows:

30 days prior to course expiry dateLearner
On day of course expiryLearner


It is important to note that scheduled reports via emails can also be utilised to notify users of additional information as required. Refer to the My Emails user guide for more details.
