How can I locate the answers for assessment questions within an eLearn training course?
If you are having difficulties with answering the assessments and/ or passing the online courses, please contact your local Training representative or the owner of the eLearn module.
System administrators can view and edit assessment questions that are built within Lucidity Induction by clicking 'Edit' on the relevant module. Refer to the Assessment page in this user guide for more details.
A user has failed an eLearn. How do I reset the module so they can attempt again?
A system administrator will need to reset the module in order for it to be reattempted. Refer to the Reset Failed Course section in Records page in this user guide for more details.
I am trying to upload the files for an eLearn. Why does it stall or stay "in progress" for long periods of time and/ or nothing happens?
This greatly depends on the size of the file. Large files (greater than 100MB) may not be able to be uploaded by system administrators.
