Lucidity Software takes all reasonable steps to protect our users' information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure such information. Lucidity Software only processes personal information in a way that is compatible with and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or authorised by the individual. Lucidity Software allows our users access to their personal information and allows them to correct, amend or delete inaccurate information, except where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the privacy of the individual in the case in question or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated.  Lucidity Software will inform you immediately we become aware of any breaches of your data security. We will inform you of the nature and extent of the breach and actions we have taken or intend to take to prevent reoccurrence. 

Lucidity has processes in place to ensure compliance with the Notifiable Data Breach (NDB) scheme, which was established under the Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches) Act 2017.  We have carried out an assessment of the data that is captured within Lucidity, and have published the following document which details the results of our assessment.
