As the Intranet module includes a publishing system (the Management System), it is better to add company specific help to the management system pages. The '?' icon within the Intranet modules module links to the Lucidity help pages related to the intranet . There (there are no other drop down entries under the help icon within the Intranet). It is a good idea to include links(s) on the Intranet Dashboard to one or more Help Pages within the Management System. This makes the links readily accessible by users as they enter Lucidity and open the Dashboard. |
A 'Help entries' tab is located within the navigation bar in the Access module as shown below, which enables centralised management of all Help entries.
