  1. Click 'Create a new account'
  2. Complete all fields as required by the organisation

  4. If Induction selection is required, refer to the next section. If this isn't required, the eLearn courses required to be completed will be displayed

  1. Click 'Start' on the required course

  2. Some courses will contain more than one module, as shown below. In these cases, pre-requisites may again be applied
    1. Click 'Start' on the required module



  3. Some modules may contain an assessment. Assessments can't be completed until the modules has been viewed. Click 'View'



  4. Every module and presentation will play slightly differently, dependant on configuration. Follow the specific module instructions to complete 
  5. If no assessment is required, click 'Continue' and proceed to step 11



  6. Once the module has been viewed successfully, the assessment will become available. Click 'Start'



  7. Assessments can be configured differently. A passmark of 100% may be required for some assessments for example, whilst others may only require a passmark of 80%. All questions will be multiple choice, with only 1 correct answer.
    1. Answer all questions by selecting a single response
  8. Click 'Submit'



  9. If the assessment is not successfully passed, the module must be re-attempted. Click 'Click to attempt' to complete again



  10. Repeat this process until the assessment is successfully passed

    Assessments may have a limited number of attempts a user can unsuccessfully take before the course is marked as failed. For example, if the number of attempts is set to 3, the user would need to fail the assessment 3 times before the entire course is marked as failed.

    When a course is failed, the user can no longer reattempt it and will need to contact an administrator for assistance.


  11. Read the declaration and tick the box
  12. Click 'Submit Declaration'

    Completion of modules will not be registered until the declaration box has been ticked and submitted, even if all modules have been viewed and assessments passed.


  13. If the course consisted of more than 1 module, several options will be displayed:
    1. Return to the course list - return to the home My Courses page
    2. Continue - proceed to the next module in the course



  14. Once the entire course is completed, several options will be displayed:
    1. Return to the course list - return to the home My Courses page
    2. Print Receipt - print a full page receipt of completion
    3. Print Induction Card - print a small receipt of completion
    4. Continue - proceed to the next course



  15. Continue until all required courses are completed
