There are several methods which can be used to create users in the Lucidity System. Each organisation will need to develop internal processed to determine the best option to suit business needs.
In all cases, the following needs to be considered:
- Which HR fields (if any) are required to be populated?
- Which Access roles can be assigned via default and which will need to be manually assigned?
- Will scoping need to be applied?
- What is the preferred user log in method?
- Will users have a notification email in the system and can therefore utilise the 'forgotten password' link to set their own password?
