INTRODUCTION
The Help icon within each Lucidity module is located in the top right , and is a drop-down menu as shown below. It normally has three entries as followshand corner and is accessible to all users.
By default, most pages within Lucidity will have three entries in the Help drop-down:
- User Guide - Direct link to the user manual for the page module the user has openis currently accessing
- Support Page - Link to the lobby for the Lucidity Support Help Centre
- Add / Edit link - Only visible to Administrators

The Intranet module Help is slightly different. A single ? icon is displayed which is a direct link to the Intranet user guide. As the Intranet module includes a publishing system (the Management System )for housing documents, it is better to add recommended that company specific help is added directly to the management system pages. The '?' icon within the Intranet module links to the Lucidity help pages related to the intranet (there are no other drop down entries under the help icon within the Intranet). It is a good idea to include links(s) on the Intranet Dashboard to one or more Help Pages within the Management System. This makes the links readily accessible by users as they enter Lucidity and open the Dashboard. |
A 'Help entries' tab is located within the navigation bar in the Access module as shown below, which enables centralised management of all Help entries.
