Enter username and password
Click 'Log in'

To request a new password:

Enter the registered user name or email address

The My Training tab is where current and completed courses are displayed and accessed.
Any eLearn courses required to be completed will be displayed on the 'My Training' tab in the 'Current Courses' page. Partially completed courses will also be listed.
Some courses may have pre-requisite requirements. In the image below for example, The SWG Induction course for the Star Wars Galaxy course group must be completed before the SWG - Flight Safety 101 course will become available. SWG - Management, however, can be completed at anytime.

Complete eLearn Training
To complete eLearn training, from the Current Courses page:
Click 'Start' on the required course

Assessments can be configured differently. A passmark of 100% may be required for some assessments for example, whilst others may only require a passmark of 80%. All questions will be multiple choice, with only 1 correct answer.

Assessments may have a limited number of attempts a user can unsuccessfully take before the course is marked as failed. For example, if the number of attempts is set to 2, the user would need to fail the assessment twice before the entire course is marked as failed.
When a course is failed, the user can no longer reattempt it and will need to contact an administrator for assistance.

Use filters to locate the required course
Click 'Action's' to the far right-hand side

Review Course Content
To review content in courses that have already been completed, from the Completed Courses page:

Re-complete Expired Training
Courses with expiry rules will become available to users to re-complete 30 days prior to the course expiring. The course will appear in the users My Training tab and exactly the same completion steps are followed as listed above.
The historical record will not be deleted. The user will retain several records for the single course, 1 for each completion date, as per the example below.
Printing Course Receipts and Generating Reports from the My Training Page
Induction completion receipts are often required to be presented prior to commencing work for an organisation.
Print Receipts
To print a specific receipt (PDF) for an individual course, from the Completed Courses page:
Use filters to locate the required course
Click 'Action's' to the far right-hand side

Print - displays a full page receipt listing all completed courses and a QRG code

To generate a report for a specific group of completed courses, from the Completed Courses page:
Select the relevant filters
Click 'Filter'
All results will be displayed at the bottom of the screen
Click 'Excel Export' to generate this report into Excel

The My Details tab is where users can update their details and change their course group selections if required.
My Details
The My Details page lists all the details entered during the self-registration process. Details can be edited as required, ensuring 'Save' is clicked to save any changes made.
Note, for security reasons, the password will never be displayed, but it can be changed in this screen.

If the incorrect course group is selected during the self-registration process, it can be edited in the My Course Groups page.
To change the course group selection, from the My Course Groups page:
Untick the incorrect selections
Tick the correct sections
Click 'Update'

Changes will be reflected on the users My Training page
NOTIFICATIONS
Email notifications will be sent automatically as part of the eLearning process. These notifications will be sent as follows:
