The default landing page for the desktop Lucidity OnSite application is the Tapped In page.
From the Tapped In page, administrators can:
View all people and companies currently tapped in to any access point within any area across the organisation
Manually sign people out
View Tapped In People and Companies
The Tapped In page is divided into 2 sub-tabs:
People: shows a log of all the currently logged in people for all areas across the organisation

Company: shows a log of all the company's that currently have one or more people logged for all areas across the organisation

Each line in the log consists of a person entering an area via an access point and provides the following information:
Sub-Tab | Column | Description |

People | First name/ Last Name | The person who entered the area |
People | Company | The company which the person belongs to |
People | Project | Part of the organisational structure (eg Building 1, Tower 1) |
People | Area | Area within the project (eg. Level 1, Level 2) |
People | Entry Access Point | The area which the user accessed (eg. Level 1 North, Level 2 West) |
People | Entry Time | The time at which the person entered the site |
People | Sign Out | Manually sign out the user from the area |
Company | ABN / ACN | The recorded ABN / ACN for the company |
Company | Tapped In | The number of people registered against the company currently tapped in |

In the event a person needs to be manually tapped in due to a visitor or a lost card, a system administrator with the appropriate permissions can manually tap them in via the OnSite desktop system.
To manually tap a person in, from the Tapped In page:
Click 'Remote Tap-In'
Complete the fields (see table 'Definitions of Fields' below)
Select ‘Remote Tap-In User’ to save the record
The details captured for each record may vary slightly between each system configuration. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
Description of Fields

User | Select the user (not they must have an active profile in Lucidity HR and an ID Card ID number stored in their account. |

Manually Sign Out People

In the event a person forgets to sign out or tap-out when leaving the site, administrators can manually sign them out via the OnSite desktop system.
To manually sign a person out, from the Tapped In page:
Use filters to search for the person as required
Click 'Sign Out' on the right-hand side of the person

The person will be signed out and their name removed from the Tapped In page

The Attendance page allows administrators to view the number of attendees from each company that has accessed any site during particular filtered ranges. Excel reports can be generated as needed.

The Log page provides a summary of entries and exits of all people who have entered into any area across the organisation at any point in time. It provides an historical list of all tapped-in and tapped-out people.

Each row in the log consist of a single person entering an area via an access point and subsequently leave by tapping out.
Column | Description |
---|---|
First name/ Last name | Details of person who entered the area, as per Lucidity HR |
ID card number | The card number registered for that person in Lucidity HR |
Project | The project that the area the person entered is associated with |
Area | The area that the person entered |
Entry Time | The time and date that the person entered the area by tapping an access point |
Exit Time | The time and date that the person left the area by tapping an access point. Blank indicates they have not yet left the area. |
Time in Area | The time difference in HH:MM:SS between when they tapped to enter the area and tapped to exit. |
Access Denied Reason | The reason given for a person being denied entry to an area such as having failed to meet the site entry requirements. This is displayed as a message via the Lucidity App. |
Automatically Logged Out | Should a person fail to tap off to exit an area, they will be automatically logged out. If this occurs 'Yes' will appear in this column. |
Modify Sign Out Time
A user’s sign out time can be manually adjusted by administrators, regardless of sign out method.
To modify a user’s sign out time, from the Log page:
Use filters to locate the user and log entry requiring adjusting
Select ‘Modify exit time’ to the right of the user
Adjust the exit date and time as required. A reason for the adjustment can also be added.
Click ‘Save’
Reporting from the Logs Tab
An Excel list report is available from all pages within the Logs tab. Reports will reflect filtered search options as displayed on the lower half of the page being accessed.
To generate a report, from the required page:
Click 'Show Filters'
Select the relevant filters
Click 'Filter'
All results will be displayed at the bottom of the screen
Click 'Excel Export' to generate the report into Excel

The Reporting page shows a summary of the total hours of an individual for all areas. In the example below, Albert Andrews has spent a total of 492 hours across all areas.
A total summary for all people is also provided.
