Changes to End-Users Changes to system settings will affect all end-users. Once set, the banner, login splash back, PDF banner and theme are rarely changed once set. The system settings is split into two tabs - Images and Theme.

Images
The Images tab allows system administrators to upload a system banner, PDF banner and the login splash back for the system.
The banner is the image that sits at the top of every module and page within Lucidity Software and appears in the module switcher and will be seen by all end users. It is generally the organisation's logo.
Note that the text that accompanies the logo in each instance is generated by Lucidity, and is not part of the image. The font and size of the text is fixed.
The PDF banner sits at the top of printed PDFs from InForm, print receipts from Induction and various other locations.

Transparent images will always look best. This is one of many free tools that can be used to make images transparent.
The login splash back is the background image displayed to end-users on the log in page, regardless of selected module. The image will scale to fit the current screen size.

Theme
The Theme tab allows system administrators to change the colour theme for the system.
