The App settings allow users to view App settings, access online help and log out of the App.
To access the App settings, from the Dashboard:
Tap the settings (hamburger) icon in the top left-hand corner

In the settings screen that opens, tap the following:

Dashboard: to return to the App Dashboard
Settings: to view App settings
Build version:
...
The version number of the App installed on the device. On Android devices the build number will also be shown
Site: The site URL currently logged into
Site version: The version of the Lucidity system overall
Debug: When this mode is enabled additional information will be logged to help developers track down any issues that may be experienced. Please only enable this mode when requested to do so
Items not saved to server: Indicates the number of items on the device that have not saved to the server. Items will be added to the queue as they are saved on the device and removed once they have been saved to the server. If any items are in the queue and the user logs out from the device, those items will not be saved.

Saved Changes Any un-synchronised changes will be lost once logged out. It is therefore recommended to only log out of the App when in online mode. |
Enabling Permissions
Some functions of the app require permissions to be enabled to components on the device. For example, taking a photo to attach to an incident report will require permission to use the camera. When the operation requiring a permission is first performed, the app will ask the user to grant the required permission.
If at any time there is a need to reverse the permission granted or denied, follow the general instructions below:
On an Android Device
