As of the 1st of March 2021, Microsoft will no longer be supporting Internet Explorer through updates, patches and support for new functionality.  As a result of this Lucidity no longer includes Internet Explorer as a supported browser.  While Internet Explorer can continue to be used to access Lucidity, over time it will become less stable and will provide a degraded user experience.  Users of Internet Explorer are encouraged to update to Microsoft Edge or another supported browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari using the links above.

2.    Flash, JAVA

Flash is not required for Lucidity to function correctly.  Customers may wish to upload Flash content to their CS Induction and CS Competency systems as presentation material, in which case the client computer / device will require Flash to view the content.  We suggest that HTML5 be considered as an alternate format in place of Flash.
