Each new instance of Lucidity comes pre-programmed with the following notifications, some notifications may not be in use on your site depending on the modules subscribed to.

The following is a list of the standard notifications enabled on your site, to view a sample of the notification please click on the notification title.

Lucidity Incident

 View Notifications
  • Issue has been created (Responsible Manager)

  • Issue has been created
    (Closeout Manager)

  • Issue is awaiting closeout

  • Responsible Manager is updated

  • Closeout Manager is updated

  • Issue has been closed
    (Person Reporting Issue & Responsible Manager)

  • Issue has been reset to Draft
    (Responsible Manager)

  • Issue has been reset to Draft
    (Closeout Manager)

  • Issue has been rejected at closeout
    (Responsible Manager)

Lucidity InForm

 View Notifications
  • Form record has been assigned to a Respondent

  • New public form has been submitted with an Approval element

Lucidity Contractor

 View Notifications
  • 30 days prior to document expiry
    (Contractor Representative)

  • 30 days prior to document expiry
    (Contractor Manager)

  • 1 day prior to document expiry

  • On day of document expiry

  • The Contractor is required to submit a document

  • The submitted Contractor document has been approved

  • The submitted Contractor document has been rejected and required resubmission

Lucidity Competency

 View Notifications
  • On the day when a training record expires

  • 30 days prior to training record expiry

Lucidity Induction

Lucidity Permit to Work

  • A permit has been submitted
