SELF-REGISTRATION
Lucidity Induction can be accessed by creating a new account or using an existing account to log in. Each organisation will have a custom designed log in page and associated questions, however the basic functionality will remain the same.

Logging In
The self-registration page will have a unique link which can be provided by system administrators.
Returning User:
To log in as a returning user (either end-user or administrator), from the Self-Registration Page:
- Enter Username and Password
- Click 'Log in'
Password Reset
To request a new password:
- Click 'Forgotten password?'
- Enter the registered user name or email address
- An email will be sent to the registered email address
- Follow the link within the email to reset the password
New User
To create a new account, from the Self-Registration Page:
- Click 'Create a new account'
- Complete all fields as required by the organisation
- The details required may vary slightly between each system configuration
- Fields marked with * are mandatory.
- Click 'Create Account'
- If Induction selection is required, refer to the next section. If this isn't required, the eLearn courses required to be completed will be displayed
Course Selection
Induction Selection
Some system configurations may require users to select their induction or course pathway, dependant of variable factors such as the project or state they will be working on, their job position etc. There may be 1 or more tiered levels to this pathway selection.
If course selection is a requirement:
- An instructional page may display. An example is shown below:
- The course pathway options will then display
- In the image below for example, the first level of choice is the location
- When Star Wars Galaxy is selected, additional options are displayed
- Click 'Update'
- The eLearn courses required to be completed will be displayed

The My Training tab is where current and completed courses are displayed and accessed.
Current Courses
Course Structure
A Course Group is the top level of the eLearn hierarchy. A Course Group can consist of many Courses. A Course can consist of many Modules. Modules can consist of several Resources but only ever 1 Assessment (or none)

Any eLearn courses required to be completed will be displayed on the 'My Training' tab in the 'Current Courses' page. Partially completed courses will also be listed.
Some courses may have pre-requisite requirements. In the image below for example, The SWG Induction course for the Star Wars Galaxy course group must be completed before the SWG - Flight Safety 101 course will become available. SWG - Management, however, can be completed at anytime.
Complete eLearn Training
To complete eLearn training, from the Current Courses page:
- Click 'Start' on the required course
- Some courses will contain more than one module, as shown below. In these cases, pre-requisites may again be applied
- Click 'Start' on the required module
- Click 'Start' on the required module
- Some modules may contain an assessment. Assessments can't be completed until the modules has been viewed. Click 'View'
- Every module and presentation will play slightly differently, dependant on configuration. Follow the specific module instructions to complete
- If no assessment is required, click 'Continue' and proceed to step 11
- Once the module has been viewed successfully, the assessment will become available. Click 'Start'
- Assessments can be configured differently. A passmark of 100% may be required for some assessments for example, whilst others may only require a passmark of 80%. All questions will be multiple choice, with only 1 correct answer.
- Answer all questions by selecting a single response
- Click 'Submit'
- If the assessment is not successfully passed, the module must be re-attempted. Click 'Click to attempt' to complete again
- Repeat this process until the assessment is successfully passed
- Read the declaration and tick the box
Click 'Submit Declaration'
Declaration
Completion of modules will not be registered until the declaration box has been ticked and submitted, even if all modules have been viewed and assessments passed.
- If the course consisted of more than 1 module, several options will be displayed:
- Return to the course list - return to the home My Courses page
- Continue - proceed to the next module in the course
- Once the entire course is completed, several options will be displayed:
- Return to the course list - return to the home My Courses page
- Print Receipt - print a full page receipt of completion
- Print Induction Card - print a small receipt of completion
- Continue - proceed to the next course
- Continue until all required courses are completed
Completed Courses
Once complete, courses will be viewable via the Completed Courses page.
From the Completed Courses page, users can:
- View course results, including completion and relevant expiry dates
- View course content
- Run an Excel list report
- Print course receipts
View Course Results and Details
To view completed course results and details, from the Completed Courses page:
- Use filters to locate the required course
- Click 'Action's' to the far right-hand side
- Click 'View Results'
- Results will be displayed
- Click 'Back to Completed Course' or 'Back' to return to the Completed Courses page
Review Course Content
To review content in courses that have already been completed, from the Completed Courses page:
- Use filters to locate the required course
- Click 'Show Course' to the far right-hand side
- Click 'Review' on the module to be reviewed
- Replay the content and/ or assessment as desired
Printing Course Receipts and Generating Reports from the My Training Page
Induction completion receipts are often required to be presented prior to commencing work for an organisation.
Print Receipts
To print a specific receipt (PDF) for an individual course, from the Completed Courses page:
- Use filters to locate the required course
- Click 'Action's' to the far right-hand side
- Two print options are available
Both will open as a PDF and can be saved as required- Print - displays a full page receipt listing all completed courses and a QRG code
- Print Induction Card - prints an induction card showing user details, course group completed and a signature space
- Print - displays a full page receipt listing all completed courses and a QRG code
Excel List Report
To generate a report for a specific group of completed courses, from the Completed Courses page:
- Select the relevant filters
- Click 'Filter'
- All results will be displayed at the bottom of the screen
Click 'Excel Export' to generate this report into Excel
MY DETAILS

The My Details tab is where users can update their details and change their course group selections if required.
My Details
The My Details page lists all the details entered during the self-registration process. Details can be edited as required, ensuring 'Save' is clicked to save any changes made.
Note, for security reasons, the password will never be displayed, but it can be changed in this screen.
My Course Groups
If the incorrect course group is selected during the self-registration process, it can be edited in the My Course Groups page.
To change the course group selection, from the My Course Groups page:
- Untick the incorrect selections
- Tick the correct sections
- Click 'Update'
- Changes will be reflected on the users My Training page
