Our goal at Lucidity is to provide you with the best possible learning experience and reference materials. Therefore, we have developed a suite of training opportunities to utilise. You can find information on full length administration videos and face to face training opportunities here.

To assist even further, we have created an eLearning courses to complement the detailed user guides.

The eLearning suite enables any learner at any level to complete training for any Lucidity module in their own time and at their own pace.

Pathways

There are three pathways provided for flexible learning options:

  1. General User: this pathway is for a typical standard end user using Lucidity for completing forms, entering incidents, completing eLearning training etc.

  2. Manager: this pathway is for a higher level user requiring access to approve incidents, review other user forms, manage assets, view team training records etc. May be a manager or local administrator within the organisation.

  3. Administrator: this pathway is for the highest level user requiring access to all system functions.

Additional Training

Additional training can be purchased from Lucidity at a standard rate once all relevant eLearning courses have successfully been completed.

Ongoing Support

Access to the Lucidity support desk will be provided to a set number of administrators as per the organisations' Lucidity proposal. Access will be provided once all relevant eLearning courses have been successfully completed.

FAQ’s

Who can complete the training?

Any Lucidity user can create their own profile using the attached instructions.

Are all Lucidity modules available via eLearning?

Yes, all existing Lucidity modules have a corresponding eLearning training course. In addition the following courses are available:

  • Contractor Onboarding for Contractor Representatives

  • Contractor Onboarding for Contractor Managers

Can I share the log in information with my end-users?

Absolutely! This training is designed for all levels of Lucidity users and we encourage you to share this training with your end users.

Will I need to provide additional training to my end users?

Most likely, yes. The Lucidity eLearning training simply covers how to use the system. You will need to provide context to your users and explain specific internal processes on how and when they are expected to use the system.

Can I access the training in future after I’ve completed it?

Absolutely! Just remember your log in details and simply log back in to review your completed training at any time. Even better, the modules will be updated to reflect any system changes and these updates will also be available to you. You won’t need to restart the training to view the updates.

What will I need to complete the training?

Access to your own system is required to complete the training as you will be asked to complete practise activities along the way. If you have been provided access to a Lucidity demo site, you can also use this. You will need headphones to listen to the audio content if in a shared space.
