Logs

The Desktop Module provides a log of entries and exits.  A sample screenshot is provided below.

Each line in the log consists of a person entering an area via an access point, and subsequently either leaving via a tap-off, or being automatically signed out.  The columns in the screeenshot above are (left to right):

ColumnDescription
Firstname / lastnameName of person who entered the area, as per Lucidity HR.
ID card numberThe card number registered for that person in Lucidity HR.
ProjectThe Project that the area the person entered is associated with.
AreaThe Area that the person entered.
Entry timestampThe time and date that the person entered the area by tapping an access point.
Exit timestampThe time and date that the person left the area by tapping an access point. Blank indicates they have not left the area.
Time in AreaThe time difference in HH:MM:SS between when they tapped to enter the area and tapped to exit.
Automatically Logged OutShould a person fail to tap off to exit an area, they will be automatically logged out at 4am. If this occurs 'Yes' will appear in this column.


Note that due to column configuration options, the Desktop Module columns may vary in order from those shown above.


TAPPED IN

The tapped in tab allows you to view who is currently OnSite and which area they are in. A sample screenshot is provided below:

ProjectPart of your organisational structure (eg Building 1, Tower 1)
AreaArea within the project (eg. Level 1, Level 2)
Entry Access PointThe area which the user accessed (eg. Level 1 North, Level 2 West)
Entry TimeThe time at which the person entered the site
Sign OutManually sign out the user from the area



LOG

The OnSite desktop module provides a log of entries and exits of users who enter into restricted areas. A sample screenshot is provided below:

Each row in the log consist of a single person entering a restricted area via an access point and subsequently leave by tapping out. If the user does not have an exit time, it means that the user is still within the area. The columns in the screenshot display the following information:

First/Last nameName of person who entered the area, as per Lucidity HR.
ID card numberThe card number registered for that person in Lucidity HR.
ProjectThe Project that the area the person entered is associated with.
AreaThe Area that the person entered.
Entry timestampThe time and date that the person entered the area by tapping an access point.
Exit timestampThe time and date that the person left the area by tapping an access point. Blank indicates they have not left the area.
Time in AreaThe time difference in HH:MM:SS between when they tapped to enter the area and tapped to exit.

REPORTING

Each row shows in screenshot above shows an individuals' total time in all the areas. For example it can be seen that Albert Andrews spent a total of 492 hours across all areas. The columns in the screenshot display the following information:

HoursThe total time which that user has spend on site across all areas.
