If you need to create a password for your Lucidity account for the first time, or need to reset your password, please follow these instructions.

1. Go to your organisation's Lucidity Software login page.  You . If you're not sure what the web url for that is, check your email. You should have been sent a welcome email after being added by your organisation's Lucidity Administrator. It will contain the url and details you'll require to log in for the first time.
   You will see a login screen such assimilar to the following:
   
   
2. Click the link "Forgotten password?"
3. You will be asked to enter either your:
   1. Username, or
   2. Email address

4. Click "Request Password Reset" as shown below:
   
   

5. Lucidity will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.  
6. Note the Username that is listed in your email, and then follow the link to reset your password.
   The following screen will be displayed:
   
   
    
7. Enter your new password in both boxes and click "Change Password".  
8. You will be returned to the Login screen as shown in step 1 above.
   Enter your Username and newly created Password to login.
