If you need to create a End users can create or reset their password for your their Lucidity account for the first time, or need to reset your password, please follow these instructions.

. .In order for end users to complete this task they must:
- be informed of the organisation's Lucidity URL
- have a valid email address in the system.
Please note Lucidity does not control these settings - please contact organisational internal administrators if assistance is required.
The following steps explain how to reset a password:
- Access the organisation's Lucidity Software login page
- Click the link "Forgotten password?"
- You will be asked to enter either yourEnter either:
- Lucidity Username , or
- Email address
Click "Request Password Reset" as shown below:
- Lucidity will send you an email with instructions to reset your password. instructions
- Note the Username that is listed in your the email , and then follow click the link to reset your the password.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Enter your a new password in both boxes and click "Change Password".
- You will be returned Upon returning to the Login screen (as shown in step 1 above.
