- Once a form or incident is completed, ALWAYS either click the save button and/or return to the app dashboard which auto saves the data. A 'record has been saved' message will appear. This works regardless of whether or not the device is online.
- Once the data is saved, if the device is offline or inconsistent reception is suspected DO NOT log out of the app until the device is back online. The SAVED data (only if saved) will sync back to the server the first opportunity it has when it's back online.
