If you are unable to log into IntegralCS Lucidity, please follow the following steps:
- Go to your

- Lucidity Software login page. If you see a list of application names (e.g.
...
- Lucidity Intranet, etc) click on one (it doesn't matter which one)
You

- will see a login screen

- such as:

- Click the link
...
- "Forgotten or reset password"
- You
...
...
- will be provided a place to enter either your:
- Username, or
- Email address
Click 'Request Password Reset' as shown below:
- The system will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.
- Note the Username that is listed in your email, and then follow the link to reset your password.
The following screen will be displayed:
- Enter your new password and click Update.
- You will be returned to the Login screen as shown in step 1 above.
Enter your Username and newly created Password to login.
