HR ROLES

The standard roles typically provided in all new Lucidity system builds are as follows. These can be edited by system administrators as required.

Actions (My) - Create and Edit

Manage own details

Contractor RepresentativeUsing HR, a contractor representative can add and edit subcontractors. Cannot archive, merge, convert or delete (scoping required to specific company)Subcontractor - edit
ManagerUsing HR, a user can view and manage employees, casuals and subcontractors (cannot delete); run reports and manage their own actions

Access Card - Edit

Actions (My) - Create and Edit

Casual - edit
