ASSET ROLES
The standard roles typically provided in all new Lucidity system builds are as follows. These can be edited by system administrators as required.
To further understand the Asset module, refer to the Lucidity Asset user guide for more details.
Role Name | Role Description | Privileges |
---|---|---|
Read Only | Using Asset, a user can view assets and run reports | Can view assets |
Contractor Representative | Using Asset, a contractor representative can add and edit assets (scoping required to specific company) | Can add and edit assets |
Manager | Using Asset, a user can add, edit and view assets and run reports (cannot delete) | Can add and edit assets Can view assets |
Administrator | Administrator role for Asset | Can access the Settings Menu Can add and edit assets Can delete assets |
Column Configuration | Using Asset, a user can configure columns displayed on screen and in reports (in conjunction with admin role) | Column Configuration |
