The following steps explain how Follow these steps to reset a password:
Access the organisation's Lucidity Software login page

Click the link "Forgotten password?"
Enter either:
Lucidity Username or
Email address
Click "Request Password Reset"

Lucidity will send an email with instructions
Note the Username that is listed in the email and click the link to reset the password
The following screen will be displayed:

Enter a new password in both boxes and click "Change Password".
Upon returning to the Login screen (as shown in step 1 above) enter Username and the newly created Password to login.
