Pages Administration
Creating and editing the Pages determines the text and links that appear in each section as you navigate the Management System diagram and menus.

IMPORTANT: In order for a document to be linked to a page and appear within the management system, it must first be loaded into the Filing Cabinet > Intranet Resources Folder (or any subfolder). This is the dedicated location in which all of your resources MUST be loaded if they are to be linked to your Management System. |
To CREATE a new Page, enter the Page Tile and Text in the editor window to the bottom. Click ‘Save’ when you have finished.
You can apply formatting using the toolbar options within the editor.

Inserting a Document Link into your Management System

Follow these steps to insert a document into the Management System diagram from the Document Vault:

3 – Click the ( ) icon from the toolbar in the editor:

4 - From the popup window, select the document that you wish to insert (from the Filing Cabinet > Document Vault) and click OK.

This will appear as a hyperlinked document in your Management System. When you are finished formatting the page, click Save to close the editing window.
Diagram Administration
Click on the Diagram TAB within the Management System Administration page to access the Diagram Administration area.

NOTE: No information is lost or pages changed when you change the diagram. |
To EDIT THE DIAGRAM, click on the ‘Edit Diagram’ bar. From this screen you can select which page is linked to which part of the selected diagram.
Each page can be linked more than once, or not at all. Parts of the diagram which are not linked to a page will not appear when you view the Management System page.

Search Function
Documents can be searched for in the Management System by using the search function.
This will search the management system for the document name and/or any Tags that have been added to the document.
These Tags are added when the document is uploaded Document Vault section in the Filing Cabinet.

All files containing that word in their file name or added as a Tag will display on the screen.
Hyperlink to Documents in the Management System - using Firefox
Documents within the Management System can be linked from within Word documents via hyperlinks.
To obtain the appropriate address for the hyperlink:
- 'Right click' on the the document name
- 'Left click' on Copy Link Location
- Paste the link location into the Word document (this is the address to hyperlink).
Note: The address should look something like: https://cruse/company_name.integralcs.com/download/output/check/24543e53435/232
Hyperlink to Documents in the Management System - using Internet Explorer
Documents within the Management System can be linked from within Word documents via hyperlinks.
To obtain the appropriate address for the hyperlink:
- 'Right click' on the the document name
- 'Left click' on Copy Shortcut
- Go into the Source Document (where you want to insert the link) and type in the text that you want to be 'click-able', e.g. CS Competency Flyer
- Highlight 'CS Competency Flyer', right click and select 'Hyperlink'
- In the 'Insert Hyperlink' text box, paste the link to the CS Competency Flyer (obtained via 'copy shortcut' earlier) into the Address bar
- Click 'Ok'
Note: The address should look something like: https://cruse/company_name.integralcs.com/download/output/check/24543e53435/232
