  1. Click the  icon and choose 'Preferences'.
  2. Select the 'Advanced' panel.
  3. Click the 'Network' tab.
  4. In the Cached Web Content section, click 'Clear Now'.


Chrome

  1. In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Chrome menu Chrome MenuImage Removed.
  2. Select More tools > Clear browsing data.
  3. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes to match the following:

  4. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
  5. Click Clear browsing dataURL bar, go to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  6. At the minimum, ensure that the following checkboxes are ticked and the time range is "All Time"

  7. Click 'Clear data'.

Clear DNS Cache

  1. Enter chrome://net-internals/#dns in the Chrome address bar
  2. Click 'Clear Host Cache'
