If you are unable to log into IntegralCS please follow the following steps:
- Go to your Integral CS site. If you see a list of application names (e.g. CS Incident) click on one (it doesn't matter which one)
- You should see a screen like this:
- Click the link at the bottom where it says "Change or Reset Password"
- You should now see a screen like the below:

End users can create or reset their password for their Lucidity account. In order for end users to complete this task they must have a valid email address in Lucidity.
Follow these steps to reset a password:
Access the organisation's Lucidity Software login page
Click the link "Forgotten password?"
Enter either:
Lucidity Username or
Email address
Click "Request Password Reset"
Lucidity will send an email with instructions
Note the Username that is listed in the email and click the link to reset the password
The following screen will be displayed:
Enter a new password in both boxes and click "Change Password".
Upon returning to the Login screen (as shown in step 1 above) enter Username and the newly created Password to login.
