End users can create or reset their password for their Lucidity account. .In order for end users to complete this task they must:
- be informed of the organisation's Lucidity URL
- have a valid email address in the system.
Please note Lucidity does not control these settings - please contact organisational internal administrators if assistance is required.
The following steps explain how to reset a password:
- Access the organisation's Lucidity Software login page
- Click the link "Forgotten password?"
- Enter either:
- Lucidity Username or
- Email address
Click "Request Password Reset"
- Lucidity will send an email with instructions
- Note the Username that is listed in the email and click the link to reset the password
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Enter a new password in both boxes and click "Change Password".
- Upon returning to the Login screen (as shown in step 1 above) enter Username and the newly created Password to login.
Note: Lucidity Software enforces Strong Password requirements
Given the sensitive nature of information contained in the Lucidity Software system, we maintain the following password requirements
- Minimum 8 characters
- at least 1 uppercase character (A-Z)
- at least 1 lowercase character (a-z)
- at least 1 digit (0-9)
- at least 1 special character
- password cannot be the same as the username
- cannot reuse any old password
