These FAQs are designed as supplemental documentation to the main user guide. It aims to provide a better understanding and use of Lucidity OnSite and its linkage with the rest of the Lucidity system.
Please ensure that you have the correct administrative access to perform the required task. The system administrator can assist with this.
There are a few reasons why a card may not work, try these steps:
If the OnSite access point has turned off, attempt to reboot it by power cycling the access point. To do this, you will need to disconnect power to the device for at least 2 minutes before the supply of power starts again. If this does not work, please contact us on +61 3 9686 3481 and one of our technicians will attempt to remotely troubleshoot
A Lucidity administrator will need to set up an area and link the capabilities and contractor documents required. You can find more information about doing this here: OnSite Desktop: Areas
A Lucidity administrator, will have access to workers who are currently on site as well as historical attendance records. This may be helpful for reporting. You can find more information about doing this here: OnSite Desktop: Logs
