If you are unable to log into IntegralCS please follow the following steps:

  • Go to your Integral CS site. If you see a list of application names (e.g. CS Incident) click on one (it doesn't matter which one)
  • You should see a screen like this:

  • Click the link at the bottom where it says "Change or Reset Password"
  • You should now see a screen like the below:

 

 

 

 

  • Type in your username and you should receive an email to your nominated email address with a link.
  • Click the link and you will prompted to reset your password
  • If you do not receive an email please contact the administrator of your system
