  1. Go to your Lucidity Software login page. If you see a list of application names (e.g. Lucidity Intranet, etc) click on one (it doesn't matter which one)
    You  You will see a login screen such as:

  2. Click the link "Forgotten or reset password"
  3. You will be provided a place asket to enter either your:
    1. Username, or
    2. Email address
  4. Click '"Request Password Reset' " as shown below:

     

  5. The system Lucidity will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.  
  6. Note the Username that is listed in your email, and then follow the link to reset your password.
    The following screen will be displayed:


     
  7. Enter your new password in both boxes and click "Update".  
  8. You will be returned to the Login screen as shown in step 1 above.
    Enter your Username and newly created Password to login.
