If you need to create a password for your Lucidity account for the first time, or need to reset your password, please follow these instructions.
- Go to your Lucidity Software login page. If you see a list of application names (e.g. Lucidity Intranet, etc) click on one (it doesn't matter which one)
You will see a login screen such as: - Click the link "Forgotten or reset password"
- You will be provided a place to enter either your:
- Username, or
- Email address
Click 'Request Password Reset' as shown below:
- The system will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.
- Note the Username that is listed in your email, and then follow the link to reset your password.
The following screen will be displayed:
- Enter your new password and click Update.
- You will be returned to the Login screen as shown in step 1 above.
Enter your Username and newly created Password to login.
If you do not receive an email please contact the administrator of your system
