OnSite FAQs

FAQs

These FAQs are designed as supplemental documentation to the main user guide. It aims to provide a better understanding and use of Lucidity OnSite and its linkage with the rest of the Lucidity system.

Please ensure that you have the correct administrative access to perform the required task. The system administrator can assist with this.

Why isn't my card working?

There are a few reasons why a card may not work, try these steps:

  1. Separate any other cards before tapping the card reader icon

  2. If you're receiving an access denied message, that means you have not satisfied the requirements to enter the area. Contact your local administrator for support.

What should I do if the access point has turned off?

If the OnSite access point has turned off, attempt to reboot it by power cycling the access point. To do this, you will need to disconnect power to the device for at least 2 minutes before turning it back on again.

If this does not work, please contact us Lucidity Support and one of our technicians will attempt to remotely troubleshoot

How can I set up requirements for workers to enter an area?

A Lucidity administrator will need to set up an area and link the capabilities and/ or contractor documents required. Refer to the OnSite Desktop: Areas page in this user guide for more information.

How can I view who's on site?

There are two options for viewing who is currently tapped on to a site.

  1. A Site Manager/Supervisor can use the Onsite functionality in the Lucidity App to select a site and see: how many people are on site, a list of the people on a particular site that includes their name, mobile number and company name as well as a list of competency records for each person and whether they are current, expired, or expiring. Refer to App Site Management (Onsite) page for more information.

  2. A Lucidity administrator can via the web portal access a list of workers who are currently on site as well as historical attendance records via the Onsite Logs. This may be helpful for reporting. Refer to the OnSite Desktop: Logs page in this user guide for more information.Â
