Lucidity Competency and Induction Modules combine as Lucidity Learning, which forms the support for the organisation's people management. 

It is comprised of two Lucidity modules.

Online induction and training for both employees and contractors is managed through the eLearning portal, linking all records directly into Lucidity Competency.

Lucidity Competency allows assignment of roles and capabilities, captures all records and provides an ongoing training needs analysis.
