Actions that Require Review and Sign Off

Introduction

In InForm if one or more team members are required to review and sign off a form simply select the “Review and Sign Off” action type and then select the form record that needs to be reviewed and signed off on.

Add Review and Sign Off Action

1. Select one or more actionees.

2. Select the ‘Review and Sign Off Action’ radio button as shown below.

3. Select the form record that needs to be reviewed and signed off.

4. Note: Only form records that have been saved for review and sign off can be selected.
