EMPLOYMENT REVIEWS

Employment Reviews

The Employment Reviews page can be used for the tracking of various types of employment reviews for users throughout the organisation such as annual reviews and probation reviews performance development reviews. Employment review documentation can be uploaded against each record.

In the Employment Reviews page of Lucidity HR, administrators can:

  • Add new employment reviews for users

  • Edit employment reviews for users

  • Delete employment reviews for users

  • Export lists to Excel of employment reviews

Add Employment Review

To create a new employment review, from the Employment Review page:

  1. Click 'Add New'

     

  2. Complete the fields (see table 'Definitions of Fields' below)

The details captured for each record may vary slightly between each system configuration. Fields marked with * are mandatory.

Definitions of Fields

Drop down selector

Note if accessing the Employment Review page from the People page, this field will be pre-populated

Review Type

Review type, such as

Annual Review

Probation review

Performance Development Review

Due Date

Due date of review

Status

Status of review, such as

In Progress

Action Required

Complete

Closed

Completed Date

Date review completed

  1. Documents can be attached to an employment review by:

                   a. Click 'Add Document'

                   b. Locate the document

                   c. Click 'Open'

                   d. Enter the file name and description as applicable

                   e. Click 'Upload'

Edit Employment Review

To edit an existing employment review, from the Employment Review page

  1. Click 'Show Filters'

  2. Use filters as required to locate the relevant employment review

  3. Click 'Filter'

  4. Locate the specific employment review at the bottom of the screen (Hint: hiding filters can make viewing the results easier)

  5. Click 'Edit' to the far right of the relevant employment review

     

  6. Update required fields

  7. Click 'Save'

Delete Employment Review

To delete an existing employment review, from the Employment Review page

  1. Click 'Show Filters'

  2. Use filters as required to locate the relevant employment review

  3. Click 'Filter'

  4. Locate the specific employment review at the bottom of the screen (Hint: hiding filters can make viewing the results easier)

  5. Click 'Actions' to the far right of the relevant employment review

  6. Click 'Delete'

  7. From the pop-up box that appears, select 'Delete'

Deleting Employment Reviews

Deleting employment reviews cannot be undone. Always use caution before using the delete function.

Reporting from the Employment Reviews Page

To generate a report for a specific group of employment reviews, such as all those for the Star Wars Galaxy Division, from the Employment Reviews page:

  1. Click 'Show Filters'

  2. Select the relevant filters

    1. Click 'Division', in this example select Star Wars Galaxy

    2. Apply any other filters required

    3. Click 'Filter'

  3. All results will be displayed at the bottom of the screen

  4. Click 'Excel Export' to generate this report into Excel
