REPORTS

There are many different reports available from Lucidity Incident. They can be accessed via the relevant menus and tabs throughout the module or via the Reports page and provide a range of information from detailed listings of issues through to statistical analysis.

 

Things to Note

Most Reports:

  • Can be filtered using a range of options which vary depending on the type of report being used. Filter options may include project, division, issue type, issue status, dates to name a few

  • Include the 'Save Current Filter' option, allowing for the reuse of selected filters

  • Include the My Emails and My Filters tabs, allowing access to saved filters and emailing of the report to selected users

  • Open in Excel. From here, data can be manipulated as required, merged with data from other reports, saved to PDF etc

 

Reporting on Large Quantities of Data

When running reports where large amounts of data is returned, it is important to know:

  • Run time may vary dependent on Internet speed and the quantity of data

  • Report results may be split across several worksheets within the Excel spreadsheet

Generating Reports

To generate any of the reports from the Reports menu:

  1. Click the required report

     

  2. Define the report by completing the relevant fields i.e. to filter the result by a project, division, issue type, issue status, dates or any of the available filters

     

  3. Click 'Print' to generate the report

Incident Report - Category

High level summary of incident reports

Rows: Incident Reports

Columns: Information about each Incident including actual and potential consequences, injury severity, dates etc

Contributing Factor Report

Summary of contributing factors from causal analysis

Rows: Issues

Columns: Information about each contributing factor including reasons for inclusion, incident type etc

Contractor Involvement

Lists all issues where contractors were involved

Rows: Issues

Columns: Information about the issue each Incident including contractor, description, actions etc

Issue Summary

Statistical summary of all Issues

Rows: Division (can be changed to group by project, business unit etc)

Columns: Statistical figures for the number of issues per division that have injury, near miss, LTI's etc as part of the report

Issue Overview

Detailed or summary report on all issues and associated details

Rows: Issue

Columns: All details of Issue including responsible manager, dates, injury report, severity etc

Plant Damage Report

List costs of plant damage, including a summed total

Rows: Issue

Columns: All details of the plant incident including type of plant, $ value, rego etc

Cost Summary Report

Summary of all costs associated with all issues, including summed totals

Rows: Issue

Columns: All cost details including value of theft, plant, property etc

Regulatory Notification Report

List of all regulatory notifications submitted

Rows: Notification

Columns: Summary of notification details including the regulatory body, type, open actions etc

Issue Action Report

List of assigned actions from all Issues, including colour coded due dates

Rows: Actions

Columns: Summary of actions details including action assignee, description, dates, status etc

Incident Environment Report

Detailed list of all environmental incidents

Rows: Environmental Incident

Columns: All incident issues including responsible managers, contamination details, type, volume, flora and fauna impact etc
