ASSET ROLES

The standard roles typically provided in all new Lucidity system builds are as follows. These can be edited by system administrators as required.

To further understand the Asset module, refer to the Lucidity Asset user guide for more details.

Can access the Settings menu	SETTINGS added as a tab and the user will have access to modify the Asset Managed Lists.
Can add and edit asset details	Allows user to view, add and edit assets.
Can add and edit asset maintenance	Allows user to view, add and edit asset maintenance tasks.
Can delete asset	Allows the user to delete assets. Functions in conjunction with the Can Add and Edit Asset details privilege.
Can delete asset maintenance	Allows the user to delete asset maintenance tasks. Functions in conjunction with the Can Add and Edit Asset maintenance privilege.
Can delete usage readings	Allows the user to delete usage readings. Functions in conjunction with the Can Manage Usage Readings privilege.
Can manage usage readings	Allows the user to view, add and edit usage readings.
Can view asset details	Read-only view of assets.
Can view asset maintenance	Read-only view of asset maintenance tasks.

Column Configuration	Allows user to configure columns. Restrict access, as any change to columns impacts all users.
Report Emailing Administrator	Allows user to select other email addresses for Email Reporting. A user will still be able to create Email Reports without this privilege, but the reports can only be sent to their registered email address.
